- Monitor and comply with all regulatory and compliance requirements related to population health initiatives and ensure Aetna's adherence to industry standards.
- Participate in conferences, seminars, and other professional development opportunities to continuously enhance knowledge and skills related to population health management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and execute communication strategies to promote population health initiatives and drive member engagement.
- Represent Aetna in external meetings and events related to population health, building relationships and promoting Aetna's commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Public Health, Health Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Population Health Management, Healthcare Analytics, Or Healthcare Consulting.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Policies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
