  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring their performance.
  2. Monitor and analyze provider network data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement network growth strategies.
  4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  5. Serve as a primary point of contact for providers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Conduct provider trainings and education sessions to promote understanding of network policies and procedures.
  7. Regularly review and update provider contracts to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  8. Act as a liaison between providers and internal departments to resolve any issues or disputes.
  9. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends and competitor strategies.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve any network-related issues to maintain high levels of member satisfaction.
  11. Analyze and report on network performance metrics to senior management.
  12. Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations and make necessary adjustments to provider contracts.
  13. Participate in regular meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss network performance and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Continuously evaluate and streamline network processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  15. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payment of provider claims.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Network Contracting, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills And Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Healthcare Providers.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Reimbursement Methods, Including Fee-For-Service, Capitation, And Value-Based Payment Models.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Project Management Skills.
