  2. Monitor and maintain provider network to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and regulatory requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers to support collaboration and effective communication.
  4. Analyze and evaluate contract proposals to determine cost-effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to identify network performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement network strategies that align with company objectives.
  7. Conduct regular reviews and audits of provider contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform contract negotiations.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert for network contracts and provide guidance to other team members as needed.
  10. Communicate contract updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely implementation.
  11. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or disputes with network providers.
  12. Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support the continuous improvement of our healthcare solutions.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes related to network contracting to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with healthcare providers.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Network Development And Management, Including Contracting And Negotiations With Providers.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Providers.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.
