  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor and analyze provider performance to identify areas for improvement and ensure contract compliance.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to optimize provider network and improve overall network performance.
  5. Conduct regular reviews of contracts to identify any potential risks or opportunities for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure network contracts are in compliance.
  7. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline contract management and improve efficiency.
  8. Conduct regular trainings and workshops for providers to ensure understanding of contract terms and requirements.
  9. Act as a liaison between Aetna and providers, handling any issues or concerns that may arise.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the provider network to identify potential new partnerships and opportunities for growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Network Management Or Contract Negotiation.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Contract Management Software.
