  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the middle market segment in the Dallas area
  • Identify and prospect potential middle market employers in the healthcare industry to build a robust pipeline of leads
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and present Aetna's products and services as solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with middle market employers, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales and service needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting and account management, to ensure a seamless experience for clients
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Aetna's offerings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and performance metrics
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance goals set by the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
