  1. Conduct thorough reviews of all Medicare materials, including but not limited to marketing materials, member communications, and provider documents, to ensure accuracy and compliance with Medicare regulations and guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, compliance, and product development, to assess and appropriately address any potential compliance issues.
  3. Stay up-to-date on changes to Medicare regulations and guidelines, and incorporate them into the review process as needed.
  4. Work closely with the Medicare Compliance team to identify and resolve any potential compliance concerns.
  5. Utilize strong attention to detail to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in materials before they are distributed to members.
  6. Maintain organized and detailed records of all reviews and changes made to Medicare materials.
  7. Communicate any changes or updates to Medicare regulations and guidelines to internal stakeholders.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with Medicare regulations and guidelines.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare rules and regulations, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  10. Act as a liaison with external partners, such as CMS and other regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with Medicare requirements.
  11. Support the overall goal of providing high-quality, effective communication to Medicare beneficiaries.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to ethical and responsible behavior in all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Review, Utilization Management, Or Case Management.

  • Knowledge Of Medicare Guidelines, Regulations, And Reimbursement Policies.

  • Strong Critical Thinking And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Make Independent Decisions.
