In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our members and their families by utilizing your expertise in Medicare and EAP programs.   1. Develop a deep understanding of Aetna's Medicare and EAP programs to effectively support members and their families.
  2. Serve as a point of contact for members and their families, providing guidance and assistance with navigating Medicare and EAP programs.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to educate and inform members about available resources and services.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of member inquiries and concerns.
  5. Stay informed about changes and updates to Medicare and EAP programs and communicate any relevant information to members.
  6. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improving the overall member experience and outcomes.
  7. Act as a liaison between Aetna and external partners, maintaining positive relationships and ensuring effective coordination of services for members.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of member interactions and outcomes in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and empathetic support to members, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  10. Continuously seek out ways to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of Medicare and EAP program services, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Assistance Programs And/Or Worklife Services.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare Regulations And Policies.

  • Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data, And Make Recommendations For Program Improvements.
