  1. Develop and implement the healthcare management strategy for the organization to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective care to members.
  2. Collaborate with other leaders to establish and achieve organizational goals and objectives related to healthcare management.
  3. Make data-driven decisions and recommendations to improve healthcare outcomes and member satisfaction.
  4. Provide leadership and direction to the healthcare management team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to healthcare management to inform decision-making.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, vendors, and internal departments, to support the success of the healthcare management strategy.
  7. Monitor and analyze healthcare trends and utilization patterns to identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvement.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new programs and initiatives to positively impact member health outcomes.
  9. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to healthcare management.
  10. Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to stay informed and network with other healthcare management professionals.
  11. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the performance and progress of the healthcare management program.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare management and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management Or Leadership Role

  • Active Medical License In The State Where The Position Is Located

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Clinical Programs And Initiatives To Improve Patient Outcomes And Reduce Costs.
