  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for long-term services and support programs to ensure high-quality care for Aetna Better Health of Florida members.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the long-term services and support department, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address gaps in services and develop innovative solutions to improve the overall member experience.
  4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of long-term services and support programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to long-term care services.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and service providers to enhance the network of long-term care options available to members.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of professionals to promote a positive and collaborative work environment.
  8. Conduct regular training and education sessions for staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide high-quality long-term care services to members.
  9. Act as a liaison between Aetna Better Health of Florida and state agencies, representing the organization's interests and advocating for the needs of members.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in long-term care services and incorporate them into the development and improvement of programs and services for members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Or Business Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Management Role Within A Healthcare Organization, Preferably In Long Term Services And Support.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medicare And Medicaid Programs, Regulations, And Policies Related To Long Term Services And Support.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Other Departments.

  • Understanding Of Data Analytics And Experience In Using Data To Make Informed Decisions For Program Improvement And Cost Management.
