Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License In The State Of Oklahoma: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Must Hold A Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Oklahoma. This Ensures That The Candidate Has Met All The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Practice Nursing In The State.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: Aetna Requires That Candidates For This Position Have At Least 2 Years Of Clinical Experience, Preferably In A Field Case Management Role. This Experience Provides A Strong Foundation In Clinical Nursing Skills And Knowledge, Which Is Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Systems And Processes: The Field Case Management Rn Will Be Responsible For Coordinating Care For Patients Within The Healthcare System. Therefore, A Solid Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Processes, And Regulations Is Necessary For The Candidate To Effectively Perform Their Duties.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: This Position Requires Frequent Communication With Patients, Caregivers, And Healthcare Providers. A Qualified Candidate Must Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build Relationships And Collaborate With Others In A Professional Manner.
