3. Utilize evidence-based interventions and techniques to support employees in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns.
4. Collaborate with internal and external resources to refer employees to appropriate community services and resources.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all counseling sessions and treatment plans.
6. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality and informed consent.
7. Conduct follow-up sessions with employees to monitor progress and provide ongoing support.
8. Provide crisis intervention and support to employees experiencing acute mental health issues.
9. Develop and facilitate workshops and presentations on mental health and wellness topics for employees.
10. Stay updated on current research and trends in the field of mental health counseling and incorporate this knowledge into practice.
11. Maintain a positive working relationship with Aetna employees and other stakeholders.
12. Participate in training and supervision opportunities to enhance professional development.
13. Collaborate with the EAP team to develop and implement programs and initiatives that promote employee well-being.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to EAP services.
15. Continuously evaluate and improve EAP services to meet the changing needs of employees.
