  • Provide confidential counseling services to employees through the Employee Assistance Program
  • Assess and address employees' personal and professional challenges
  • Maintain a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to counseling
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each employee
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to support employees' well-being
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals and resources to provide comprehensive care for employees
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of counseling sessions and progress
  • Strictly adhere to ethical and legal standards of confidentiality
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with current mental health trends and best practices
  • Conduct workshops, presentations, and trainings for employees on various mental health topics
  • Act as a liaison between Aetna and outside mental health providers to ensure seamless care for employees
  • Uphold Aetna's values and commitment to employee well-being in all interactions and communications.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Counseling Or Psychotherapy, Preferably In An Employee Assistance Program Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Mental Health Disorders, Substance Abuse, And Crisis Intervention Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Establish Rapport And Build Trust With Clients.

  • Knowledge Of And Adherence To Ethical Principles And Professional Standards In Counseling, Such As Those Set By The American Counseling Association Or The National Association Of Social Workers.
