  2. Act as a liaison between Aetna and its members, ensuring that all communication is clear, accurate, and professional.
  3. Utilize excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with members and colleagues.

  7. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management in order to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  9. Collaborate with other departments within Aetna to ensure a seamless and positive experience for members.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures in order to enhance the overall customer experience.
  11. Uphold Aetna's values and mission in all interactions with members and colleagues.
  12. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  14. Fluent in both English and Spanish in order to effectively communicate with bilingual members.
  15. Embody a strong customer-centric mindset and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Fluency In Multiple Languages: A Strong Candidate For This Role Should Possess The Ability To Communicate Effectively In Multiple Languages, With A Preference For Fluency In Both English And A Second Language Such As Spanish, French, Or Mandarin.
