- Communicate compliance updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events related to healthcare compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's compliance program.
- Uphold the company's ethical standards and promote a culture of integrity and compliance.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Compliance Role, Preferably In A Managerial Or Leadership Position.
In-Depth Knowledge Of State And Federal Healthcare Laws And Regulations, Including Hipaa, Medicare, And Medicaid.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Compliance Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders, Including Internal Teams, External Partners, And Regulatory Agencies.
