  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of company operations to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met across the organization.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  5. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare compliance and communicate any updates or changes to relevant parties.
  6. Investigate and respond to any compliance violations or concerns, taking appropriate corrective action as needed.
  7. Keep accurate records and documentation of compliance activities, including reports and corrective action plans.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and participate in any compliance-related audits or inquiries.
  9. Work closely with legal counsel to interpret and advise on compliance matters as needed.
  10. Analyze data and trends to proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  11. Lead and oversee compliance training initiatives for employees at all levels of the organization.
  12. Act as a role model and advocate for ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into business processes and systems.
  14. Represent the company in compliance-related meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  15. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Laws, Such As Hipaa, Medicare/Medicaid, And Affordable Care Act.

  • Strong Understanding Of Compliance Risk Assessment And Management, Including The Ability To Identify Potential Areas Of Non-Compliance And Implement Corrective Actions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Compliance Information To Senior Management.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field. A Relevant Advanced Degree (E.g. Jd, Mba) Is Highly Desirable.
