
Compliance Manager (Healthcare)

- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of company operations to identify potential compliance issues and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are met across the organization.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations pertaining to healthcare compliance and communicate any updates or changes to relevant parties.
- Investigate and respond to any compliance violations or concerns, taking appropriate corrective action as needed.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of compliance activities, including reports and corrective action plans.
- Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and participate in any compliance-related audits or inquiries.
- Work closely with legal counsel to interpret and advise on compliance matters as needed.
- Analyze data and trends to proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Lead and oversee compliance training initiatives for employees at all levels of the organization.
- Act as a role model and advocate for ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are incorporated into business processes and systems.
- Represent the company in compliance-related meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and make recommendations for improvements as needed.
A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Compliance, Preferably In A Managerial Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Laws, Such As Hipaa, Medicare/Medicaid, And Affordable Care Act.
Strong Understanding Of Compliance Risk Assessment And Management, Including The Ability To Identify Potential Areas Of Non-Compliance And Implement Corrective Actions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Compliance Information To Senior Management.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field. A Relevant Advanced Degree (E.g. Jd, Mba) Is Highly Desirable.
