  1. Develop and implement innovative clinical programs that align with Aetna's goals and objectives.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise and knowledge of healthcare industry to support the development of effective programs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  4. Monitor and analyze program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure successful program implementation.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs.
  7. Communicate with key stakeholders, including members, providers, and internal teams, to ensure program success.
  8. Identify and address potential barriers to program success and develop solutions.
  9. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of program development and implementation.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to colleagues on clinical program development and implementation.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Program Or Healthcare Consulting Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Managing And Implementing Clinical Programs, Including Data Analysis, Project Management, And Reporting.
