- Design and implement clinical programs that align with Aetna's mission and promote overall health and well-being for members.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify gaps in current programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop program strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Create and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to meet key performance metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical programs, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in clinical program development and make recommendations for implementation.
- Communicate program updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Mentor and train team members on clinical program development and implementation.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical program development and implementation.
- Represent Aetna at industry events and conferences to promote our clinical programs and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between Aetna and external partners to facilitate collaboration and drive results.
- Uphold Aetna's values and standards of excellence in all aspects of the role.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Consulting Role.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Diverse Stakeholders.
Demonstrated Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Deadlines Simultaneously.
