Clinical Program Consultant

- Develop, implement, and manage clinical programs that align with Aetna's mission and goals
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and execution of clinical programs
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to programs
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of clinical programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance Aetna's clinical programs
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure successful program implementation and ongoing support
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall success of Aetna's clinical programs.
Master's Degree In A Related Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Program Management Or Consulting Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Policies, Including Medicare And Medicaid.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Clinical Programs, With A Track Record Of Achieving Measurable Outcomes And Cost Savings.
