  1. Provide high-quality, integrated healthcare services to Aetna members with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
  2. Serve as a key point of contact for members, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective coordination and delivery of care.
  3. Conduct comprehensive assessments of members' behavioral health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  4. Monitor and track progress of members' treatment and make necessary adjustments to the care plan as needed.
  5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for members.
  6. Advocate for members and ensure they receive appropriate and timely services.
  7. Utilize evidence-based practices and clinical guidelines to guide treatment decisions.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions with members and other involved parties.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in the behavioral health field.
  10. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the provision of care.
  11. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicate with members, families, and healthcare providers.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  13. Travel to various locations within the Southwest, West, and Central Chicago areas to meet with members and attend meetings as necessary.
  14. Represent Aetna in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Case Management Or Behavioral Health Services.

  • Knowledge Of And Experience Working With Various Mental Health Diagnoses, Treatment Modalities, And Community Resources In The Southwest, West, Or Central Chicago Area.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Clients, Families, Providers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills To Effectively Manage A Caseload And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
