Active Rn License In The State Of Kentucky: A Case Manager Rn At Aetna Must Hold A Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Kentucky. This Ensures That The Individual Is Qualified To Practice As A Registered Nurse And Is Knowledgeable About State-Specific Regulations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Clinical Experience: Aetna Requires A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience As An Rn For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Practice And Is Able To Provide Effective Care Management For Patients.
Case Management Certification: Aetna Prefers Candidates Who Have Completed A Case Management Certification Program, Such As The Certified Case Manager (Ccm) Credential. This Demonstrates A Thorough Understanding Of Case Management Principles And Best Practices.
