  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality and efficient care.
  14. Adhere to ethical standards and maintain confidentiality of member information.
  15. Act as an advocate for members, ensuring they receive the best possible care and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Rn License: A Case Manager Rn - Field At Aetna Must Have A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where They Will Be Practicing. This Ensures That They Have Met The Necessary Education And Training Requirements To Provide Safe And Effective Care To Patients.

  • Clinical Experience: Aetna Looks For Candidates With At Least 3-5 Years Of Clinical Experience As A Registered Nurse. This Experience Should Be In A Relevant Field, Such As Home Health, Hospice, Or Case Management.
