Bachelor's Degree In Nursing, Social Work, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Care Management Or Healthcare Coordination
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Including Medicare And Medicaid
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Knowledge Of Case Management Software And Electronic Medical Records Systems.
