  1. Provide exceptional care and support to Aetna members, helping them navigate through the complex healthcare system.
  2. Act as a liaison between members, healthcare providers, and insurance companies to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with members, healthcare providers, and other team members.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of member interactions and care plans.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for members.
  6. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare policies and procedures.
  7. Use critical thinking skills to identify and address any barriers to care for members.
  8. Participate in regular team meetings and provide input and feedback on processes and procedures.
  9. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with members.
  10. Adhere to all HIPAA and other privacy regulations to protect member confidentiality.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance the member experience.
  12. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of member claims.
  13. Act as an advocate for members, ensuring they receive the best possible care and support.
  14. Maintain a positive and supportive attitude towards members and team members.
  15. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Management, Nursing, Social Work, Or Related Field.
