  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners to promote Aetna's Medicare Advantage products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and drive growth in the Medicare Advantage market.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential broker partners and opportunities for growth.
  4. Train and educate broker partners on Aetna's Medicare Advantage products, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in broker performance.
  6. Serve as the main point of contact for broker partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Develop and manage a budget for broker partnerships, ensuring efficient use of resources to drive sales and growth.
  8. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Aetna's Medicare Advantage products to potential broker partners.
  9. Stay informed about industry regulations and changes to Medicare Advantage policies to ensure compliance in all broker partnerships.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support broker partners in promoting Aetna's Medicare Advantage products.
  11. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on broker performance, sales trends, and market insights.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to broker management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in driving sales and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Medicare Advantage Plans.

  • Proven Leadership Skills, With At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Medicare Advantage Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Strong Sales And Marketing Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Driving Business Growth And Achieving Sales Targets.
