- Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners to promote Aetna's Medicare Advantage products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and drive growth in the Medicare Advantage market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential broker partners and opportunities for growth.
- Train and educate broker partners on Aetna's Medicare Advantage products, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement in broker performance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for broker partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and manage a budget for broker partnerships, ensuring efficient use of resources to drive sales and growth.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Aetna's Medicare Advantage products to potential broker partners.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and changes to Medicare Advantage policies to ensure compliance in all broker partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support broker partners in promoting Aetna's Medicare Advantage products.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on broker performance, sales trends, and market insights.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to broker management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in driving sales and growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Healthcare Industry, With A Focus On Medicare Advantage Plans.
Proven Leadership Skills, With At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Management Or Supervisory Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Medicare Advantage Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
Strong Sales And Marketing Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Driving Business Growth And Achieving Sales Targets.
