  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for members seeking behavioral health services and resources.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of members' behavioral health needs and develop individualized care plans.
  3. Collaborate with members, their families, and other healthcare providers to coordinate and facilitate access to appropriate behavioral health services.
  4. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the behavioral health landscape, including available resources, treatment options, and insurance coverage.
  5. Educate members on their behavioral health benefits and assist them in navigating the complex behavioral health system.
  6. Advocate for members' needs and ensure they receive timely and appropriate care.
  7. Monitor members' progress and make referrals to additional services as needed.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all interactions and services provided to members.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in behavioral health to continually improve the quality of care provided.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address any gaps in services or processes.
  11. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Serve as a resource for colleagues and provide guidance on behavioral health-related matters.
  13. Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards members and their families, creating a safe and supportive environment for them to seek help.
  14. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure the success of the behavioral health program.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Behavioral Health Setting, Preferably In Case Management Or Care Coordination.

  • Knowledge Of Mental Health And Substance Abuse Disorders, Treatment Options, And Community Resources.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Priorities, While Maintaining Attention To Detail.
