  1. Lead a team of actuaries: The Actuarial Manager will be responsible for managing a team of actuaries and providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the team's success.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role requires working closely with other departments such as finance, operations, and sales to drive financial performance and profitability for Aetna's pharmacy business.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Or A Related Field.

  • Associate Or Fellow Of The Society Of Actuaries (Soa) Designation.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Roles, Preferably In The Healthcare Or Pharmacy Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Data.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading A Team, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Results And Meeting Financial Goals.
