- Provide exceptional customer service to Aetna members, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is positive.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned member accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with them.
- Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and enrollment, to resolve member issues and ensure a seamless experience.
- Utilize Aetna's systems and technology to effectively manage member accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Stay up-to-date on Aetna's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed assistance to members.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction and loyalty, and make recommendations to management.
- Assist with member outreach and engagement activities, promoting Aetna's programs and services to improve member health and well-being.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations and guidelines in handling member information.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting and assisting team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Sales, Customer Service, Or Account Management.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Insurance Policies And Industry Trends.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Crm Software.
