  1. Maintain and monitor access control for financial systems: The Access Control and Operational Accounting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to our financial systems. This includes regularly reviewing and updating access permissions, as well as monitoring system activity for any potential security breaches.
  2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures: The analyst will be responsible for understanding and enforcing company policies and procedures related to financial system access and security. This includes staying up-to-date on industry best practices and implementing any necessary changes to maintain compliance.
  3. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments: The analyst will be responsible for conducting regular audits and risk assessments of our financial systems to identify any potential vulnerabilities or non-compliance issues. They will also develop and implement strategies to mitigate any risks and ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
  4. Provide support to the operational accounting team: The analyst will work closely with the operational accounting team to provide support and assistance with financial system issues. This may include troubleshooting system errors, providing training on system usage, and assisting with data analysis and reporting.
  5. Analyze financial data and identify trends: The analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data and identifying any trends or anomalies that may require further investigation. They will also make recommendations for process improvements based on their analysis.
  6. Develop and maintain system documentation: The analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining system documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures. They will also create and maintain system access logs and monitor any changes to system configurations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Operational Accounting And Access Control.

  • Strong Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox) Compliance Requirements.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Financial Software Systems.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Access Control And Operational Accounting Issues.
