The successful candidate will also oversee the day-to-day security operations and ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as security or law enforcement, plus at least seven years of relevant experience in industrial security. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the implementation of security policies, procedures, and programs designed to protect the company’s physical and information assets.
2. Oversee the day-to-day security operations and ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations.
3. Monitor security systems and ensure all security personnel adhere to the established security protocols.
4. Liaise with other departments and teams to ensure the security protocols are up to date and relevant.
5. Develop and implement security training and awareness programs for employees.
6. Investigate security incidents and take appropriate action to ensure the safety of the company’s personnel and property.
7. Monitor and review security audit reports and recommend corrective action.
8. Prepare detailed reports on security related incidents and submit them to the appropriate authorities.
9. Keep abreast of latest security trends and technologies and implement them as appropriate.
