Manager, Industrial Security

Lead and develop the AV security team in Northern Virginia including AV security employees and any contracted security service providers. Manage physical security at AV facilities and be responsible for creating a secure environment for employees, suppliers, and company visitors. Create, manage and maintain documentation to include Standard Practice Procedures (SPP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Action Plans. Obtain rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Manage and maintain Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment. Develop and implement security documentation including program protection plans, Special Access Program Facility (SAPF), Special Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF), and Closed area accreditation plans, and managed access plans. Perform access control responsibilities including managing badges and visit requests. Implement and maintain security plans, procedures and instructions.
