Manage a team of certification, reliability and safety engineers including budget planning, staffing, training, performance evaluations and career development Manage the airworthiness requirements, design and development of new. Act as customer point of contact for the Business Unit’s airworthiness technical discussions. Perform detailed airworthiness briefings to HAPS VP, AeroVironment management and customers executives. Assists with system design reviews as well as support input to test plans and procedures, supports program-specific system safety working groups.
