Government Compliance Analyst
The Sr. Government Compliance Analyst develops, interprets and implements concepts to ensure adherence to federal government acquisition requirements. Gathers, analyzes and summarizes recommendations for policies & procedures, business systems and provides guidance for federally compliant accounting practices. Generates forward pricing and provisional billing indirect rates based on the annual budgets and submits to the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) for review and approval. Performs highly analytical, complex finance functions; budget and forecasting scenarios; reconciliations and related analysis; short-range and long-range planning and analysis; performs root cause analysis, draws conclusions and proposes solutions. Designs and creates complex financial reports and presentations, financial analyses, budget and forecasting scenarios.
Minimum 8 -12 years of relevant experience; government accounting/finance/contracting experience
Experience in finance/accounting issues surrounding federal government contracting
Experience in a defense industry manufacturing environment helpful
Organized, flexible and easily adaptable to changing conditions
Proficient in synthesizing, presenting and communicating large volumes of financial information and interpret financial data
