Shipping Lead
A shipper must be able to fill customer orders in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring the quality of these orders meets company standards. Tools commonly used on the job include, trays, dollies, trailers, forklifts, and pallet jacks; all these tools must be used proficiently and in accordance with safety standards. Most work is done with a team of other shippers and a supervisor present in the work area. The position is often physically demanding. High standards for attendance, work ethic and performance are regularly monitored.
Prefer someone who has SOME warehouse experience.
Bilingual preferred
Must work with trucking companies, or proper transportation personal, to arrange pick up of cargo for transit.
Must be able to package product in proper manner to ensure the safety of the product in transit.
