In this role, you will play a crucial role in securing our organization's data and systems by designing, implementing and maintaining our Identity & Access Management infrastructure.   1. Design and implement an effective and secure Identity & Access Management infrastructure for the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines for identity and access management.
  3. Monitor and analyze system access logs and identity data to ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide solutions for access management.
  5. Identify potential security risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in identity and access management to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to identity and access management.
  9. Train and educate employees on best practices for access management and data security.
  10. Continuously improve and optimize the organization's identity and access management processes.
  11. Communicate and report on identity and access management activities and progress to upper management.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure the organization's identity and access management needs are met.
  13. Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers on identity and access management best practices.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans and procedures related to identity and access management.
  15. Ensure the organization's identity and access management infrastructure is in line with industry standards and best practices.

  • Extensive Experience With Identity And Access Management Systems: A Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer At Aegon Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Iam Systems And Their Functionalities. This Includes Experience With Authentication, Authorization, And Identity Governance Solutions.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Technical Background With A Proven Track Record Of Implementing And Supporting Iam Solutions In Complex Environments. This Includes Experience With Directory Services, Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, And Identity Federation.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices: Aegon Values Individuals Who Keep Themselves Updated With The Latest Industry Trends And Best Practices In Identity And Access Management. The Senior Iam Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Standards Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.

  • Project Management Skills: The Role Of A Senior Iam Engineer At Aegon Involves Leading And Managing Complex Iam Projects. The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Plan, Execute, And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Iam Engineer Should Have Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills. This Includes The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams, Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Mentor Junior Team Members.
