Real Assets/Estate Internship

Assist Loan Officers in underwriting and investing in commercial real estate loans across the country ranging from $2 million to $150 million. The Intern assists the Special Servicing department in all facets of activities associated with developing and implementing loan workout strategies for loan assets assigned to the Special Servicing department. The Intern is responsible for maintaining current information on the database system and assists with the processing of annual property inspection reports. This position assists the Special Servicing department in the development of Discounted Cash Flow Analysis and lease reviews for loan assets assigned to the Special Servicing Department, along with numerous other activities necessary to properly manage a loan asset.
