  1. Develop and implement internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and external regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews of internal processes and systems to identify any potential risks or deficiencies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Train and educate employees on internal control policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on internal controls, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
  7. Communicate internal control findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices related to internal controls and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.
  9. Participate in external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  10. Identify and report any potential fraudulent activities or non-compliance issues to appropriate parties.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of internal control processes.
  12. Act as a liaison between the company and external regulatory bodies, ensuring all internal control requirements are met.
  13. Lead and mentor a team of internal control analysts, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for enhancements to ensure the company's assets are safeguarded.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Internal Controls, Audit, Or Risk Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Coso Framework And Sarbanes-Oxley Act Requirements.

  • Previous Experience In Leading And Executing Internal Control Assessments And Remediation Efforts.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
