Investment Analyst - Trade Operations

This position will be primarily responsible for supporting the needs of Front Office related to securities and derivatives trade confirmation and settlement, and may also assist with corporate actions, research, issue resolution, onboarding, and communication. Settling trades with brokers and counterparties, working with the Front Office as needed. Solving problems by communicating settlement and other trade issues to Front Office, Client Services, custodians, and other impacted parties. Continuous review of current processes to seek and implement efficiencies and process improvements Partner with Client Reporting to provide accurate and timely trade and position data to clients. Ensuring complete and accurate corporate action transactions and elections. Daily publishing and reconciliation of cash/currency balances on Aladdin. Investigating and resolving cash discrepancies by working with banks and other groups within Asset Operations.
