  1. Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support the development and execution of financial plans for the organization.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models and reports to analyze trends and variances in financial performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
  4. Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying any potential risks or opportunities.
  5. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
  6. Participate in the annual budgeting and planning process, providing support and guidance to department managers.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and procedures.
  8. Assist with ad-hoc financial analyses and projects as needed.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.
  10. Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain ethical and professional standards.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of financial information and ensure data integrity.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve financial performance and drive business growth.
  13. Collaborate with other members of the FP&A team to share knowledge and best practices.
  14. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior financial analysts.
  15. Actively contribute to creating a positive and collaborative work environment within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Economics, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Ideally In A Fp&A Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Modeling, Forecasting, And Budgeting

  • Proficiency In Financial Reporting And Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Sql, And Sap

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
