  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  2. Monitor and review existing compliance policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and in line with industry standards.
  3. Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
  4. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance policies and procedures to ensure full understanding and adherence.
  5. Monitor and track regulatory changes and updates, and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  6. Investigate and resolve any compliance issues or violations that may arise, and report them to senior management.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are met in all areas of the organization.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and developments in compliance practices and make recommendations to improve processes.
  9. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all compliance activities and reports.
  10. Represent the organization in external compliance audits and regulatory inquiries.
  11. Educate and promote a culture of ethics and compliance throughout the organization.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for regulators and external stakeholders regarding compliance matters.
  13. Monitor and enforce internal policies and procedures related to conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption.
  14. Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
  15. Stay informed of any potential compliance risks or concerns and proactively address them to prevent any issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance Or Risk Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Gdpr, And Anti-Money Laundering Laws.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Professional Certification In Compliance, Such As Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (Crcm) Or Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (Cams), Is Preferred.
