Job Description

Research business problems and strategic objectives to develop business case elements, to include business problem, outcomes and benefits. Seek out business areas, customers or third parties to uncover factors that may impact business solutions. Act as a change agent and guide to build a cohesive network of working groups, comprised of subject matter experts and stakeholders, able to lead and support initiatives. Define solutions and translate business needs into system requirements documentation. Conduct gap analysis for improvements and report findings. Contribute to cost benefit analysis to support recommendations. Provide solution details to leadership and facilitate work prioritization. Develop materials and deliver communication targeted to specific audiences.
