Job Description

Provide project planning, project management and organizational time management skills to projects. Has extensive understanding of HVAC engineering fundamentals including load calculations, conceptual systems analysis through construction documentation design, design and layout of equipment. Develops innovative solutions to challenging opportunities. Analyze and provide solutions to complex challenges. Provide team and project discipline leadership. Provide project mechanical, plumbing and fire protection systems design inter-disciplinary coordination lead, for coordination with other trades and consultants. Provide review and edit to specifications. Provide review to team member for quality and recognition of training requirements. Interact and work with diverse set of clients and subcontractors.

Job Qualifications

  • 6 + years of mechanical engineering experience within a consulting or design-build firm

  • State of California Professional Engineer Licensed/Mechanical

  • Expertise in Corporate Commercial, Federal Markets

  • Experience with Design Build and other Alternative Delivery practice
