1. Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for new mothers and their babies by providing exceptional customer service and support.
2. Educate new mothers on postpartum care, including physical and emotional health, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to provide comprehensive support for new mothers.
4. Coordinate and facilitate support groups and classes for new mothers, covering topics such as infant development, self-care, and family dynamics.
5. Conduct home visits to new mothers to provide personalized education and support.
6. Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure a seamless transition for new mothers from hospital to home.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and services provided to new mothers.
8. Stay current on the latest research and best practices in maternal and newborn health to provide the most relevant and effective support.
9. Participate in outreach and marketing efforts to promote the Welcome Baby program and services.
10. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and sensitivity towards new mothers and their families.
11. Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations and guidelines.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
13. Attend team meetings, trainings, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.
14. Take initiative to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the Welcome Baby program.
15. Represent the organization in a positive manner at all times and adhere to its mission and values.
