
SurgiNet Coordinator

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of SurgiNet, including scheduling, documentation, and billing processes.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all surgical records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with surgical team members, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate the timely and efficient delivery of surgical services.
- Monitor and maintain SurgiNet systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Train and educate staff on the proper use of SurgiNet and ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of surgical processes.
- Monitor and analyze SurgiNet data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to address any concerns or issues related to SurgiNet.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in surgical technology and electronic medical records.
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to ensure seamless integration of SurgiNet with other systems.
- Participate in meetings and provide updates to leadership on the performance of SurgiNet and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to SurgiNet processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols within the surgical services department.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and mutual respect.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Surgical Services, With Knowledge Of Surginet Software And Related Systems.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Various Stakeholders.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Computer Programs, With The Ability To Learn New Software Quickly.
