1. Prepare Operating Room: The Surgical Technologist will be responsible for preparing the operating room for surgical procedures, which includes sterilizing and arranging surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
2. Assist Surgeons: The Surgical Technologist will assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, holding retractors, and performing other tasks as needed.
