1. Provide comprehensive mental health support to patients and their families.
2. Utilize expertise in mental health to assess and develop treatment plans for individuals in need.
3. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
4. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure holistic care for patients.
5. Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of mental health.
6. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
7. Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health emergencies.
8. Assess and monitor patients for potential risk factors and make appropriate referrals.
