We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Senior Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses through advanced imaging technology.   1. Perform advanced imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, with precision and accuracy.
  2. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
  3. Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including troubleshooting and reporting any malfunctions.
  4. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the appropriate imaging technique for each patient.
  5. Review and evaluate images to ensure quality and accuracy.
  6. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  7. Educate patients on the imaging procedure and answer any questions they may have.
  8. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of information.
  9. Train and mentor junior radiologic technologists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in radiology technology and techniques.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to protect patients, staff, and visitors.
  12. Uphold the organization's values of integrity, compassion, and excellence in all interactions and responsibilities.
  13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  14. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated patient care.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control protocols.
  16. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards related to radiology procedures.
  17. Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory.
  18. Act as a role model for professionalism, compassion, and patient-centered care.
  19. Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance skills and knowledge in radiology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Certification By The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Radiologic Technologist, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Proficiency In All Areas Of Radiology, Including X-Ray, Mri, Ct, And Interventional Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Mentor A Team Of Technologists.
