  1. Provide expert physical therapy services to patients to improve their mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and assessments.
  3. Utilize evidence-based techniques and modalities to address patient needs and achieve desired outcomes.
  4. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
  5. Serve as a leader and mentor to other physical therapists and support staff, providing guidance and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  6. Stay current on industry developments and advancements in physical therapy techniques, incorporating new knowledge into practice as appropriate.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  8. Educate patients and their families on the importance of physical therapy and how it can improve their overall health and well-being.
  9. Maintain accurate and timely records of patient treatment and progress, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines.
  10. Continuously assess and improve departmental processes to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
  11. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for patients and staff.
  12. Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism when interacting with patients and their families, creating a positive and supportive environment.
  13. Stay informed on insurance requirements and billing procedures, ensuring accurate and timely submission of claims.
  14. Participate in professional development activities, including continuing education courses and conferences, to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physical Therapy Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Physical Therapist, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Leadership Role.

  • Current License To Practice Physical Therapy In The State Of Employment.

  • Advanced Certification Or Specialization In A Specific Area Of Physical Therapy (E.g. Orthopedics, Neurology, Pediatrics).

  • Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Train Junior Physical Therapists.
