1. Serve as the primary point of contact between AdventHealth and the community, building and maintaining relationships to promote our home health services.
2. Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to increase awareness of our home health services within the community.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key community stakeholders, including healthcare providers, senior centers, and community organizations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding in all community outreach efforts.
5. Organize and attend community events, health fairs, and other opportunities to promote our home health services.
6. Provide education and training to community members, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders on the benefits and services of our home health program.
7. Conduct market research and analyze data to identify potential opportunities for growth and improvement in community outreach efforts.
8. Serve as a liaison between AdventHealth and community partners, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices in community outreach and healthcare marketing.
10. Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and provide regular reports to leadership on the success and impact of community outreach efforts.
