- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, community leaders, and potential investors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand AdventHealth's reach and impact.
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to develop strategic plans and initiatives to achieve business growth goals.
- Promote the services and programs offered by AdventHealth to potential partners and clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
- Represent AdventHealth at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish and strengthen partnerships.
- Develop and deliver presentations to potential partners and clients to showcase the organization's capabilities and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners and clients to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics related to business development efforts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competition, and market changes to inform business strategies.
- Uphold the mission and values of AdventHealth in all interactions and decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Development, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Competitive Landscape In Healthcare
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Clients
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Business Strategies To Drive Growth And Revenue For An Organization.
