
Senior Administrative Assistant, Hospital Administration

- Provide administrative support to the Hospital Administration team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for the hospital, including personnel files, financial documents, and other important records.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations for leadership meetings and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, routing them to the appropriate parties and ensuring timely responses.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between various departments and stakeholders within the hospital.
- Plan and coordinate special events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
- Prepare agendas and take minutes for meetings, distributing them to relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise, bringing them to the attention of the appropriate parties for resolution.
- Assist with budget management, including tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Mentor and train other administrative staff as needed.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the hospital in a positive light.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the hospital remains at the forefront of the healthcare industry.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with other members of the administrative team to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by the Hospital Administration team.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hospital Or Healthcare Administrative Role, With A Strong Understanding Of Hospital Operations And Procedures.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With A Diverse Group Of Individuals, Including Physicians, Staff, And Patients.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs, With The Ability To Create And Maintain Complex Spreadsheets And Databases.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
